These ingredients are touted as being able to regulate blood sugar levels in the bloodstream. Here’s a little about some of the key ingredients . . .

Banaba – Banaba is a plant that is native to the Philippines. Banaba is supposed to be able to down blood pressure and keep it down for at least a couple of hours after you’ve taken the supplement. Banaba has also been seen to reduce triglyceride levels in the blood.

GymnemaSylvestre – Gymnemasylvestre is a perennial woody vine that is native to India, Africa and Australia. It has long been used in Ayurvedic medicine to treat a range of conditions. The Hindi term for this plant is gurmar which means sugar destroyer. It has been claimed to reduce the sweetness of sugar on the tongue and, therefore, reduce sugar intake. An extract from the plant known as GS4 has also been claimed to be able to to reduce blood glucose levels.

The program comes with guides that assists people to better get control of their blood glucose levels. 

The program is divided into four parts. The guide includes recipes and lifestyle changes that people need to make for the program to work. However, the manufacturers claim that you do not have to change the way you are eating in order to benefit from the program.

Is It Worth the Money?

GlucoDefend will cost you between $50 and $70 per month for a one-month supply. That is pretty expensive, even at the multi-bottle rate. However, it would all be worth it if the product really achieved what it claimed to be able to do – which is to reduce blood sugar levels, control insulin and help people to lose weight.

So, does it?

All I can go off is my own personal experience.

And, as you’ll see in the next section, this product DID NOT live up to the promises made in the promotional video and on the website. On that basis, I have to say that GlucoDefend is not good value!

My Results after using it for 6 weeks

I used GlucoDefend for six weeks. Within that time, according to the marketing, I should have experienced noticeable calmness, an increase in energy, lowered insulin levels and, most important a balanced blood sugar count. All of this should have dramatically helped me to lose weight. Yet, after six weeks I had none of those results.

I have to honestly conclude that this product did nothing for me. 🙁

Needless to say, at the end of six weeks, I was thoroughly discouraged. The last thing I wanted was to try another online supplement that promised to bring down blood sugar levels.
